ME

I am me

I am from the flesh and blood of my ancestors

I am an insatiable appetite for learning

To experience all that I can

As long as I don't ever stop growing

I will always be who I am supposed to be

Which is a mess most of the time

With so much swimming around inside my brain

I am my jobs

I am my family

I am the giver and keeper of life

I'd say all that doesn't leave much time for self

But that would be a lie

Because all of those things and more

Are all that I am
