Rest in peace

I never wanted to kickstart this page with a day like today but there is little I can do about it other than write it down. As I am currently going through a divorce that already makes for some interesting conversations but my cat unexpectedly passed this afternoon. He was only 6 years old, an indoor cat, and seeminly healthy albit very chatty. From the way he was when I found him to a quick post mordom done by the vet it seemed as though it was natural causes and my only solice is he did not suffer. His passing was quick and hopefully as painfree as possible. Here is a haiku I wrote for him today.

Always had something to say

It's too quiet now
